Exchanges and Returns Policy
Georgia in Dublin strive to maintain the high production quality of their products and cares very much that their customers be happy with their purchases.
If the products have not met your expectations please do contact us. We welcome all feedback.
If you wish to return a garment please email us here within 7 days of receiving the garment(s) stating the reason for returning it and whether you are requesting a replacement, exchange or a refund of the item. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Items that are marked or damaged upon return will not be fully refunded.
As Georgia in Dublin website purchases are made through PayPal and Stripe, so too are refunds. Only the item purchased will be refunded, not the postage. Once the product has been returned and checked that it is unmarked and in a saleable condition we will contact you to let you know that the refund process has been initiated. If you wish to receive a refund via bank transfer please let us know.
Refunds for product purchased at fairs and shows must be requested with 7 days of the date of purchase.
We have tried to provide you with as much information as possible regarding the sizing of our products but do understand that when purchasing online it is not always possible to predict exactly how well the item will fit you. In the event that you are unhappy with the size/colour you have chosen we will be happy to exchange the item for the right one providing of course that it is returned in a saleable condition (ie. undamaged, unmarked, uncrumpled). If you wish to exchange a garment please email us here within 7 days of receiving the garment(s) .
Upon receipt of the item to exchange Georgia in Dublin will cover the shipment cost for a new garment to be sent out (from Georgia in Dublin to the customer). The cost of return from customer to Georgia in Dublin is the customer’s responsibility. Beyond one exchange, Georgia in Dublin will no longer cover the shipping cost of sending to the customer. Any further shipping costs beyond that of the first exchange are the customer’s responsibility.
Occasionally parcels we ship to the customer are not claimed and are returned to us. If we have not heard from the customer, within 14 days of the dispatch email date, that the parcel has not arrived the customer must cover the cost of sending the package out again. Items which are not claimed and for which we have received no contact from the customer regarding failed delivery are non-refundable.
If the product you select is marked ‘temporarily Out of Stock’ please feel free to contact us and we can let you when we expect the product will be available again for purchase. We will take pre-orders by email.
Limitation of Liability
Georgia in Dublin shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, any implied warranties with respect to the products and services listed or purchased on or through this website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we hereby expressly disclaim all liability for product defect or failure, claims that are due to normal wear, product misuse, abuse and product modification.
