The Rainwrap garter
Simply clip the garter around your leg, just below your knee. Then take one of the bungees from the back (we have provided two but one is sufficient) and thread it under the garter. Pop the toggle at the end of the bungee through the small opening at the bottom of the Rainwrap et voilà!
